Breville Juicer
Buying the right juicer for what you need can be a challenge especially because of how many assorted products there are and the many brands they come in. I recently bought the Breville (bje510xl) Juice Fountain Multi-Speed, and it has been a wonderful investment, and I will tell you why.
First, the model itself has an appealing feel and look; it will look stunning sitting on your countertop. Its stainless-steel body offers easy cleaning, and it sees clear plastic parts making it perfect to see exactly what happens when you put any type of fruit or vegetable through its powerful blades. Accommodated by two different speeds high/low it offers various methods of juicing through fruits and veggies. The lower setting is perfect for those softer fruits that you do not want to make a splatter with, while the higher setting offers the ability to crush those harder vegetables without giving you any trouble. This juicer comes with its own pitcher that comes equipped with a lid with the perfect slot for the juicer spout to go through, just to make sure you catch all your juice, and it is a perfect no-mess system. This model is noticeably quiet for the power it shows to have.
Even though the Breville (bje510xl) is amazing there are still some pros and cons to this incredible juicer.
Pros:
Inexpensive, I paid $150 for mine which is good for any Breville product.
It has a 3β feed tube which is perfect if you do not want to be cutting your fruits/vegetables, hence making it faster to make your juices.
No bolts, this juicer has no bolts making it an easier to take apart and put back together.
Juice guard, it comes equipped with a guard for the juice and the pulp not to mix.
Compost bin, it comes with a bin that attaches to the juicer so it wont move and it catches all the pulp not leaving a mess on your counter.
It has two different speed settings making it perfect depending on the type of fruit/vegetable you are working with.
It is an incredibly quiet machine, which is perfect if you want to juice without waking your whole family up like I do.
Detachable spout, its detachable spout makes it easy to exit her just juice into a cup, or into the pitcher it comes with.
Cons:
Stainless steel, meaning it will rust faster if you do not take care of it.
A dull blade blade will become dull with use, and itβs about 100$ to get it changed.
The pulp does not come out extremely dry as I would have expected, and it does not pulse all the food.
Grooves, the juicer parts do have a lot of grooves that you have to do a deeper wash, so if you do not have time to wash it carefully you will miss a lot of food stuck in those grooves.
Expensive replacement parts, it is expensive to replace any part if you do somehow end up breaking it, which depending on how much you paid for the juicer it may be easier to buy a whole new juicer.
Here is one of my favorite juice recipes I like to make for my family.
